Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) supplement the Game360 Terms of Service and apply to your participation in the Game360 Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
  • You may not participate if you are enrolled in the Game360 Agency program or have a pending or approved agency application, unless we approve otherwise in writing.
  • We may reject or terminate any affiliate application or account at our discretion for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, or policy violations.

2. Application & approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information about your audience, social profiles, and promotional methods. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code and link for tracking.

3. Commission

Commission rates, qualifying events, and payout schedules are configured by Game360 and shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commission may apply to eligible first deposits, gameplay activity, and referral bonus events from users who register through your link. Rates may change with notice where required by law.

4. Promotional rules

  • Promote Game360 honestly — no false claims about earnings, odds, or guarantees.
  • Do not spam, use misleading ads, or promote on prohibited channels.
  • Do not bid on Game360 trademarks as paid search keywords without written consent.
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable law.
  • Do not self-refer or create fake accounts to generate commission.

5. Tracking & attribution

Referrals are attributed using cookies, referral codes, and account linkage at signup. Game360’s tracking records are final for commission purposes unless we determine a clear technical error.

6. Payouts & withdrawals

Commission is credited to your affiliate commission wallet. Withdrawals are subject to minimum balances, scheduled payout days, identity verification, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commission income.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate status immediately for breach of these terms, the Terms of Service, suspicious activity, or harm to the Game360 brand. Unpaid commission may be forfeited if termination is due to your violation.

8. Limitation of liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAME360, LLC. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation.

9. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
